Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days

Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or experience delays, we will contact you via email to let you know that your order will be delayed.

Customize the following: Margo Knits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer 

Damages

Customize the following: Margo Knits is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the continental United States only. 

Returns Policy

We offer returns and refunds, no questions asked within 7 days of your item’s arrival. Customer is responsible for return shipment.
